'Pose and Walk' offers unique services of professional runway coaching, as well as producing and choreographing fashion shows. The founder and creator of 'Pose and Walk', JOHN MALIG has been one of the most reputed choreographers in Hong Kong for the past three decades. As an established singer, JOHN knows all about what it takes to work on your confidence, style, posture, pose and walk.  

At his former modelling agency and school, (JMP) John Malig Productions Limited, JOHN gained a lot of experience and insight into modelling. He coached many models, now celebrities, such as Michelle Reis (Lee Ka Yan), Miss Hong Kong 1988, Eunis Chan Ka Yung, Balia Chan Che Yu, Miss Macau 1993, 2nd runner-up, Carrie Lam Lei, Miss Hong Kong 2005, 2nd runner-up, Ruby Wong Pui Ling and Samantha Chow Sin-Gei, to name just a few. In addition, he has also trained well-known male models who later became actors in Hong Kong, such as Vincent Lam Wai.

JOHN was appointed as the runway coach at the prestigious "Elite Fashion Academy Modelling School" in Hong Kong in 2010.  In 2017, he was specifically selected by the Vocational Training Centre (VTC) to spearhead a group of fifty-one individuals, comprising men and women.

He has choreographed fashion shows for renowned brands such as Escada, Frede Derick, Guess, Lanvin, Le Copain, Thomas Sabo, Harry Winston, Chopard, and Clara Wan.
